About us
Hi There! My name is Randall Pena (The tall and handsome guy in yellow shirt) and welcome to my personal blog site, by the way the girl beside me is my beautiful wife Joy. We belong to a group of IT Professionals, Businessmen and Realtors bonded together by common values, a passion for sharing and real estate investing. We created this blog in 2009 to help others already investing in real estate pick up a few more ideas and for those who are beginners and want to learn exactly how to get started investing in the Philippines.
Prior to investing in real estate, we spent several years building careers in multinational corporations. Even though we enjoyed corporate life and the long hours that goes with it, like you we realized that the daily rat race was not going to help us retire early. So at that point we started reading dozens of real estate investing books (after work or on the weekends) and learning the ropes until we were comfortable enough to start making our first investments.
Today our group owns multiple properties and continue to add more to our portfolio. Not only will this blog serve as a guide of our past experiences, it will also include our trials and tribulations going forward. We also like to post and comment on real estate articles we find since there is so much great content out there today. We are hoping by sharing our journey with you we'll be able to help you achieve your dreams.
